Meet Bria
Bria Gadsden is a seasoned development consultant who has made a significant impact in nonprofit fundraising, specifically through grants and corporate sponsorships. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership roles, Bria has been able to help organizations achieve sustainable goals that are rooted in equity. She is a skilled grant writer who helps nonprofit organizations diversify their revenue sources through one-time and multi-year foundation and government grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual giving. Bria also facilitates grant writing workshops for nonprofit leaders.
As a former Executive Director, Bria’s expertise goes beyond grant writing and include strategic planning, program design, implementation, and evaluation. Bria’s passion for social impact and philanthropy extends beyond her consulting work. She is committed to promoting menstrual equity and supporting the reproductive wellness needs of women and girls worldwide.
Bria holds an M.S. in Community Health Education from Merrimack College and a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Meet Felix
Felix Muwanguzi is a highly skilled senior consultant with 7 years of experience in both government and private sectors.
He has managed multi-million dollar projects and has a strong background in research and design. Originally from Mengo, Uganda but raised in Somerville, Massachusetts, he brings a unique perspective to his work. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Technology Management at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
His talent for efficiently managing projects, meeting deadlines, and keeping budgets under control is unparalleled. With his attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure, he is an asset to any organization needing to strengthen their business processes and program management.
